Step - by - Step instructions

1. Begin by clicking here “Wholesale”, or the button titled "Catelog" above.
2. There are two ways to find a product;
• You can select a “Main Category” and then go to the “Numbered Category” for that category to find additional products.
• Or, type information into the Search Box. (Example: To find Dove soap, type “Soap” or “Dove”.) You can also use our product item number and enter it here.


3. If you are interested in purchasing the item that you see on the screen, then follow these steps:
   • First, select the quantity of the items that you want in the “Quantity” box. You then will need to make sure that you select the box under the column labeled “Check Box to Buy”.
   • Then, select additional items on the page that is in front of you, or you can change to another page to select additional items and add them to you shopping cart. When you are ready to buy the items, you will need to go to the bottom of the page that you are on and click on this symbol .
   
   
4. Now you are taken to a page called the “Shopping Cart”. This page will include all of the items that you have selected to buy. Please review your order and make any final changes to your purchase at this point. Wholesale purchases must be equal to or greater than $300.00 in order to process the order. (Freight, Sales Tax, and County Taxes will be added as applicable. If you need to add more items to your list, you can select them from the left of this window or you can click on the word “Edit” to change the amount of items that you are purchasing to meet the minimum requirements. If your total exceeds the $300.00 limit, you can now select “Process Order” link to proceed.


5. The next screen that you are taken to is where you select the type of payment that you will use to purchase this order. We offer the ability to pay with a credit card, bank draft, bank check, or a company purchase order. First select the payment type, and then click on proceed. This will take you to the next screen.


6. Depending on your selection, you will be taken to the page where you provide us with your payment information and contact information. Please complete this entire section so that we may provide you with the best customer service in the industry. After you “Submit” this order, you will have one more chance to change the order on the last screen. Once you click on the “Submit”, it will send the order to us immediately for processing.


7. The last page is a copy of your order. Please keep a copy of this page by saving it to your computer, a floppy drive, or by printing a copy of the page. This is your record of the order. If you have any questions about the order once it has begun its trip to you, please refer to the order number that is located at the top of the page.
